Incident Report for WAN connect Status

Resolved

Earlier, our system experienced an interruption due to a database node undergoing updates. The application was connected directly to the node being updated and did not automatically switch to another available node.

We have redirected connections to a healthy node to restore full functionality.
We will monitor the system for now.

Identified

Website seems to be restarting multiple times an hour, this could be connected to a software upgrade in the backend. We are looking into the issue and applying a solution.
